Drama Therapy
Self development and trauma

Drama therapy is a method regularly used in self development and trauma. This involves assessing the situation presented and using improvisation, embodiment and storytelling at the core of the work.

Each session is personalised to the individual or group as drama therapy techniques such as role play, puppets, music, voice and movement are not for everyone.

One shoe not fitting all means we allow the session to go in the direction of what will benefit best. In many scenarios we are building a metaphorical tool kit so that the individual or group (depending on the session) are able to develop a tool box of techniques to access, that they feel helps them during their process and in the future.
